These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use the Site, including but not limited to browsing, submitting forms, purchasing services, downloading resources, or subscribing to communications.
LM² Enterprises, LLC provides executive coaching, leadership development, team workshops, DISC behavioral assessments (including the Behavioral Excellence Profile™), organizational consulting, and related professional development services (collectively, the "Services"). Services are provided by Lorenzo Moultrie Jr., PhD, a board-certified coach (BCC) and certified DISC facilitator.
Coaching and consulting services are designed to support professional and personal development. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or medical care.
By submitting any form on this Site, including but not limited to discovery call requests, contact forms, consultation requests, newsletter signups, and resource download forms, you expressly consent to be contacted by LM² Enterprises, LLC or its representatives via the contact information you provide. This consent includes:
Email communication.
You agree to receive follow-up emails related to your inquiry, including scheduling correspondence, service information, educational content, promotional offers, newsletters, and other communications from LM² Enterprises, LLC.
Phone communication.
If you provide a phone number, you agree to be contacted by phone regarding your inquiry or our services.
Ongoing communication.
Your form submission constitutes consent to receive ongoing communications via email from LM² Enterprises, LLC until you choose to opt out. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every email, or by contacting us directly at the email address listed below.
Third-party email platforms.
We use third-party email service providers (currently ConvertKit/Kit) to manage and deliver email communications. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your email address and related information will be stored and processed through these platforms in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
We will never sell, rent, or share your contact information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Consent to communications is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Not therapy or medical advice.
Coaching and consulting services provided by LM² Enterprises are not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or any form of mental health care. While Dr. Moultrie holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, he does not provide clinical psychological services through LM² Enterprises, LLC. Coaching focuses on professional development, behavioral awareness, goal setting, performance improvement, and leadership growth.
No guaranteed outcomes.
While our services are grounded in evidence-based practices, including positive psychology, strengths-based development, and validated behavioral assessment frameworks, individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to promotions, salary increases, improved team performance, or any particular business result. Your results depend on numerous factors, including your effort, circumstances, and commitment to the process.
Professional judgment.
Coaching recommendations are based on professional training and experience but should not be treated as directives. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Referrals.
If, during the course of an engagement, it becomes apparent that a client would benefit from services outside the scope of coaching or consulting (such as therapy, legal advice, or medical care), LM² Enterprises, LLC may recommend that the client seek appropriate professional assistance.
DISC assessments.
The Behavioral Excellence Profile™ (BEP) debrief is a proprietary service offering of LM² Enterprises, LLC. Third-party assessment providers generate the DISC assessment reports provided as part of this service. Assessment results are confidential and will not be shared outside the coaching engagement without the client's written consent. The DISC tools, including the BEP, are educational and developmental, not clinical or diagnostic.
Intellectual property.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, downloadable resources, workbooks, guides, checklists, blog articles, and the Behavioral Excellence Profile™ brand, is the intellectual property of LM² Enterprises, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from this Site without prior written permission from LM² Enterprises, LLC.
Downloadable resources.
Resources provided through this Site (workbooks, guides, cheat sheets, planners, and other materials) are for your personal and professional use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose these materials for commercial use without written permission.
Third-party booking platforms.
Coaching sessions and BEP debriefs are booked through third-party platforms (currently Paperbell). Payment for booked services is processed through Stripe, including where Stripe is integrated through Paperbell. By booking a session, you also agree to the applicable terms of those third-party platforms.
Payment.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are listed in US dollars.
Cancellation and rescheduling.
Clients may reschedule or cancel sessions in accordance with the cancellation and rescheduling policy in effect at the time of booking. Specific notice requirements, rescheduling limits, no-show treatment, and refund eligibility may vary by service, package, or engagement type and will be communicated at the time of purchase, in the applicable Merchant Policies, and/or in the applicable Coaching Services Agreement.
Refunds.
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the timing of the request, and whether the service has already been delivered or made available. Except as otherwise stated in the applicable Merchant Policies, Coaching Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or at the point of purchase, services already rendered are non-refundable. Digital assessment access, assessment reports, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or made available.
LM² Enterprises, LLC takes client confidentiality seriously. Information shared during coaching and consulting engagements will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent, except as required by law or when there is an imminent risk of harm to the client or others. It is essential to note that while coaching and consulting services are confidential, they are not legally privileged in the same way as therapy or attorney-client communications.
Clients engaging in organizational or team coaching should be aware that certain information may be shared with the sponsoring organization as agreed upon at the outset of the engagement. The scope and boundaries of confidentiality in organizational engagements will be established in writing before services begin.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to Paperbell (booking), Stripe (payment processing), ConvertKit/Kit (email), Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms, and social media platforms.
LM² Enterprises, LLC collects personal information through this Site, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other information you voluntarily provide through forms, bookings, and subscriptions. We also collect usage data through analytics tools (currently Google Analytics 4), including pages visited, time on site, referring sources, and general geographic location.
We use this information to: respond to inquiries, deliver services, send communications you have consented to, improve our Site and services, and analyze aggregate usage patterns.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our Site and delivering our services (e.g., email platforms, analytics providers, payment processors), but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their functions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LM² Enterprises, LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LM² Enterprises, LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LM² Enterprises, LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of any third party, or (d) any content or information you provide through the Site.
This Site and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
LM² Enterprises, LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Franklin County, Ohio, in accordance with its rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.
LM² Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Coaching Services Agreement entered into between you and LM² Enterprises, LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and LM² Enterprises, LLC regarding your use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
