Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) collect anonymized data about how visitors use the Site. This includes pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. GA4 uses first-party cookies. Managing cookies.

Most web browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences through their settings. You can choose to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect the Site's functionality. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will review and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. European Residents (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides you with additional rights:

Legal basis for processing.

We process your personal information based on: your consent (e.g., subscribing to our newsletter), the performance of a contract (e.g., delivering coaching services you have purchased), and our legitimate business interests (e.g., improving the Site and communicating about our services).

For organizational and team coaching engagements, confidentiality boundaries are established in writing before the engagement begins, including what information (if any) will be shared with the sponsoring organization.

Assessment results (including DISC and Behavioral Excellence Profile™ reports) are confidential and will not be shared outside the coaching engagement without the client's written consent.

Although coaching and consulting information is treated as confidential, those communications are not legally privileged in the same way as therapy or attorney-client communications.

Coaching sessions, workshops, or debriefs will not be recorded without your prior consent. If recording is proposed for quality, training, or documentation purposes, we will request your explicit permission before the session begins. You have the right to decline recording without affecting the delivery of services.

This Site and our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

13. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you can manage your tracking preferences in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics as described in Section 4.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

For material changes that significantly affect how we handle your personal information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by posting a prominent notice on the Site or sending an email to subscribers.
